Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any mascot, entertainment, or event-related services.

By confirming a booking with MascotExhibit, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Booking Policy

To confirm any booking, an advance payment is required.
Bookings are scheduled only after receiving the confirmation amount.

All bookings are subject to:

• Availability of mascot/artist

• Event location

• Time slot confirmation

• Operational feasibility

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 72 Hours Before Event

If the cancellation request is made more than 72 hours before the event, the advance amount may be adjusted toward a future booking, subject to availability.

Within 72 Hours of Event

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event are generally non-refundable because costumes, artists, logistics, and schedules are reserved in advance.

Same-Day Cancellation

No refund will be applicable for same-day cancellations or cancellations made after the artist has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

MascotExhibit usually does not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed because:

• Costumes and performers are reserved specifically for the event

• Transportation and operational arrangements are pre-planned

• Time slots are blocked for the customer

However, refunds or partial adjustments may be considered only in exceptional situations approved by our management team.

Rescheduling Policy

Customers may request rescheduling depending on:

• Artist availability

• Date availability

• Operational feasibility

Rescheduling requests should preferably be made at least 48 hours before the event.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in situations including but not limited to:

• Last-minute cancellation

• Change of mind after booking

• Venue permission issues

• Delay caused by customer

• Incorrect event information shared by customer

• Unreachable contact person during event timing

Delay & Operational Conditions

While we always try to provide timely service, slight delays may happen due to:

• Traffic conditions

• Weather situations

• Venue restrictions

• Unexpected operational issues

In such situations, customers are requested to cooperate with the team.

Service Limitation

MascotExhibit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to:

• Safety concerns

• Misbehavior

• Inappropriate venue conditions

• Unavailability due to unavoidable circumstances

In such cases, suitable adjustments may be discussed with the customer.
